Refund Policy
Return & Refund Policy
We will gladly refund the Cost of Merchandise (excluding Shipping/Handling charges and any applicable Rush Fees), if you are not satisfied with the merchandise, provided the merchandise is returned to us within 3 days of receipt of shipment in original condition. A 15% Restocking Fee will be applicable on returns.
A special return policy may apply to orders in excess of 100 units, permitting you to return up to 20% of the merchandise in original condition and still sealed in original packaging, without paying a restocking fee. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Please contact your sales representative for further details to determine whether you qualify for this special return policy.
The above policies do not apply to any custom made items. Custom made items are nonreturnable.
A Return Authorization should be obtained before returning any merchandise. There are no refunds, exchanges or credits available 30 days after shipping date.
